Our Approach
At Balmoral Chiropractic, in Auckland, our goal is to get you feeling and functioning at your absolute best. Your first appointment will be focused gathering important information from you. This starts from a comprehensive health history, so that we can get to know you and listen to what you need help with. From this health history, we can also determine if you are a good candidate for chiropractic care. The physical examination involves a series of neurological, structural and spinal tests to get to the root cause of your concern. If indicated, we may refer you out for x-rays at one of our local imaging centres. Provided it is safe to do so, you will also receive your first chiropractic adjustment in the initial visit.
Your follow-up appointment is your report of findings visit. In this visit, your chiropractor will go over the findings from the initial visit, your recommended care plan based on the findings, and also any home care tips and exercises to support your healing journey.
